The Speakers Bureau web based application allows a company to manage all aspects of its speakers bureau including event tracking, presentation archives, and it's database of speakers.  Developed in eZ Publish 4.x with several custom modules.

This multi-user web based application allows a management team to track all upcoming events by date as well as by topic and provides each team member with a the ability to request speakers for a given event.  The speaker manager can then assign speakers to event based on the topic criteria and past performance information stored for each speaker in the database.  After the presentation has taken place, one of the team members can store a digital copy of the presentation as well as any reviews or suggestions submitted for that speaker.

The application also generates CSV, or PDF reports of all events, speakers, presentation sorted by topics, date, location and several other criteria.  Currently being used to manage hundreds of speakers over thousands of events worldwide.
